Over 20 years management and corporate health experience. This included establishing my own business specialising in crisis management and leadership, training and handling retrenchment holistically for large corporate mergers and takeovers.
My passion is for helping and coaching those who are in a crisis focussing ideally on prevention leadership for
stress management, burn-out prevention, retrenchment, change management and work life balance.
Change management and inspiring others to play to their strengths collectively and collaboratively is an increasing area of demand I am excelling in.
My gifting is understanding complex issues and designing programs to address the issues in a simplified format.
